In this blog, I'm going to give you 5 really simple Cocktails that I know you're going to love. Perfect for a Saturday night. Perfect for a party at home. Perfect even for your Pub or Bar Menu!

First off, let's get the elephant in the room out of the way. Captain Morgans Spiced. I know to a lot of Spiced Rum fans, it's not the greatest drink in the world. however, there's a reason its the biggest selling spiced rum the world over. It does the job very, VER, well! Its just a fun, innocent and tasty spirit to drink and make cocktails with. But it's also cheap as chips. So we're not going too pretentious here. First, we're going fun. Secondly, we're going easy.

For the Cocktails below, you don't really need any proper Bar Equipment of note. Even a Cocktail Shaker as you could use a Water Gym Bottle, or even a Large Jam Jar with a Lid.

Which is my Favourite Cocktail? Honestly, that's a really tough one to answer. I've got a soft spot for the Captain Mango, mainly because I LOVE Rubicon Sparkling Mango. The Strawberry Daiquiri is equally as Tasty. But I think the one that just pips it at the top, is the Sticky Toffee Highball. There's just something about Aber Falls Salted Toffee Liqueur that just rocks my world. So match it with Apple Juice and Captain Morgans Spiced and it just becomes super delicious!
