In this Coconut Syrup Recipe video, I wanted to do a little riff on a Pina Colada. Not only have I turned it Blue, but I've added a couple of cool additions to really twist this loveable Coconut Cocktails recipe up. When making Coconut Cocktails, people will traditionally opt for Coconut Cream or Milk, but I'm a big fan of Coconut Syrup or Coconut Puree, simply because of 2 things... It tastes AWESOME and it's long life and shelf-stable. Coconut Syrup is the perfect ingredient to have lying about the house!
So as I said, I wanted to flip this Coconut Syrup Cocktail up, so the base Rum I opted for was the new Havana Club Cuban Spiced Rum, then I also added some Falernum. Falernum for those that don't know is a great Tiki ingredient, basically an alcoholic Almond, Ginger, Lime and a few other spices, Syrup! Then the Havana Cuban Spiced is a Spiced Rum with Vanilla, Toasted Coconut, Guava and Pineapple. It's the perfect combo for this Coconut Cocktail Drinks!

60ml Pineapple Rum
15ml Velvet Falernum
15ml Monin Coconut Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
60ml Pineapple Soda
Crushed Ice
Blue Curacao Bleed
