5 Easy Cocktails you can make with Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
The chances are, if you're a big Espresso Martini fan, you've got a bottle of Kahlua stashed away. But have you ever wondered what other Cocktails and Simple serves you can make. Well, here you go. I've got 5 super tasty recipes for you to try out and I love each and every one of them! All with a skill level of 'Basic'.
Lets get the obvious out of the way first. Kahlua is a Coffee Liqueur. Pretty much the go to coffee liqueur in the Bar Industry. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of others. Tia Maria would be the big obvious one. But there's just something about Kahlua that makes Espresso Martini''s POP! Plus the price is good too!
Kahlua is one of those Drinks that has been around a long time. A VERY long time. 1936 would you believe. So at the time of writing, nearly 85 years old! Originally made in Mexico its now globally accepted as THE Coffee Liqueur. This is purely a guess, but i'd estimate at least 75% of the Bars in the UK have got a bottle on their back Bars. That's how popular it is. However, the Cocktails below are interchangeable. I'd pretty sure that could swap out Kahlua for Tia Maria and you'd get a similar result. Although not as good. But hey I'm the one writing the blog, so i'm biased!
