Peach makes the JUNGLE BIRD even better!

For a lot of people, the Jungle Bird is a hit-and-miss cocktail. For many, the Campari can really overpower the cocktail. But I like the whole Bitter Sweet thing, especially with a Juice component. Now I'll be honest: the peach aspect came by completely by accident. I thought I was using Pineapple Puree, But I accidentally used Peach instead and realised the finished Cocktail tasted great. So then i set about finding some British Rums and landed on a combo from Dropworks. Their Funkdrop and Spiced Rums. Et Viola...
