My inspiration for this Cocktail came from the recent bout of "How to make a Strawberry" videos. I was using Strawberry quite a bit and fancied something different. So I started by adding some chilli syrup to a Strawberry Daiquiri. Then, lengthening it out with Soda water to create a Hiball. I wanted a little more character, so that's where the Cask Aged Rum from Kit at Ninefold came out. And i loved the Lazydog Honey liqueur so much, i swapped that in for the sugar! Bitters wise, I've used cracked Black Pepper before in Cocktails. So these bitters were an obvious choice!

30ml Dropworks Clear Drop
30ml Ninefold Cask Aged
20ml Supasawa
20ml ODK Strawberry Puree
10ml ODK Chilli Syrup
30ml Seltzer Water
2 Pipettes Ms Betters Black Pepper & Cardamom Bitters
